To reserve your room, a $150 per person non-refundable deposit is required.
Final Payment is due by September 30, 2027.

What is and is NOT Included?
How do we book airfare?
While Olivia and Ashton have requested that all guests book their room within the wedding group, you’re welcome to book your own airfare.
We recommend booking flights as early as possible. Most airlines release schedules up to 11 months in advance, and earlier booking usually means better options and pricing. You’re free to book directly with your favorite airline.
A helpful tip: We like using Google Flights to track airfare. You can set up price alerts and be notified whenever fares change. If you have airline miles or credit card points, this is a great time to use them.
Since round-trip airport transfers are included with your room booking, please be sure to forward your flight details to love@hitched360.com once booked.

Do you offer travel insurance?
Absolutely. Travel insurance helps protect you from the unexpected and typically costs about 5–10% of your total trip, depending on your age and state. It’s a small add-on that can make a big difference if plans change.
This is especially important for destination weddings, as room block deposits are non-refundable. Once your deposit is paid, it cannot be returned—travel insurance helps protect that investment if something unexpected comes up.
Here’s why I strongly recommend it:
Plans change. If you need to cancel for a covered reason, travel insurance can reimburse prepaid, non-refundable expenses.
Delays happen. Coverage may reimburse eligible meals, hotel stays, and transportation during a covered delay.
Medical emergencies abroad. Insurance can help cover medical care while traveling and assist with medical evacuation if needed.
24/7 support. You’ll have access to round-the-clock assistance from travel experts whenever you need help.
You will receive a personalized travel insurance quote within 48 hours of paying your room block deposit. For the most comprehensive coverage, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of your deposit.
Do we need a passport?
Yes. All travelers, including adults, children, and infants, must have a valid passport to travel internationally. Every guest will need a valid PASSPORT BOOK to travel. You’ll need it to board your flight and again at resort check-in—this one’s non-negotiable.
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date, so be sure to double-check the expiration date if you already have one.
It is each traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have the proper travel documents (such as passports and, if applicable, visas) required by the destination and any transit countries. Please check the current entry requirements before traveling.

One quick note: Do not apply for a passport card. You will need the passport book for this trip. Don’t put this off; your passport is your ticket to attend Ashton and Olivia’s destination wedding.

Is there a payment plan?
Yes! You don’t have to pay it all at once. Booking early gives you the benefit of a flexible, interest-free payment plan.
A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is due at the time of booking to secure your room and round-trip airport transportation. Additional payments can be made at any time by logging into your invoice to authorize charges. All payments must be completed by your final payment date.
To get started, simply submit the booking form and authorize your credit card for the deposit amount due. This authorizes Hitched 360 (or our affiliates) to charge your debit or credit card for any amount you choose.
Friendly reminder: If you’re using a debit card, check your bank’s daily spending limit before submitting a large payment, as charges over the limit may be declined.

Can I add a guest after I book?
Yes! You can add a guest to your room as long as it doesn’t exceed the maximum occupancy, and your room will be re-priced. This can be done any time before the final payment deadline. After that date, we’ll need to request approval from the resort, and an additional $100 change fee will apply.
Do my guest and I need to register separately?
All occupants sharing the same room need to be registered at the same time and will share the same invoice number.
